Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is aimed at getting those knots out! A firm to deep pressure therapeutic massage. Helps alleviate chronic pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and scar tissue. Pressure is applied using fingers, forearms, or elbows to relax the deeper layers of muscle. A series of sessions is recommended for best results (recommended add-on--targeted area vibration).

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth heated basalt stones are used in this highly effective massage. Heat is transferred into the muscles, melting away tension, increasing energy flow, and relaxing pain and stiffness. Prenatal Massage-(Mother-To-Be)

With A light gentle touch, this session will provide precious mommy-baby time, plus relieve tension and stress, improve circulation, and help alleviate water retention and aching joints. Wonderful for 3rd trimester hip and low back pain.  Must be a low-risk pregnancy or have a signed doctor's note stating that massage is recommended despite any applicable risks. Please inform our staff at the time of booking if you are pregnant and how far along you are so that we can adequately prepare for your session.

Sports Massage

A therapeutic massage designed for the active individual or athlete. Includes stretching, compression, and a variety of massage techniques. Rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labor, lifting weights or sports-related injuries. Thai Herbal Ball Massage

The ball full of healing herbs is steamed gently and applied to your body in mild pressing, circular and rolling movements. Junior Massage

For ages 6-13. Available in 30, 45, or 60 min. sessions. 30-45 min. recommended for younger children and children under 5' tall. A parent stays in the treatment room during the session. Your licensed massage therapist will consult with you and your child to target areas of concern. Great for young athletes and kids who suffer from growing pains.

Body Wraps

Seaweed Body Wrap

Designed to improve the appearance and texture of the skin, purifying the body, helps detox and cleanse skin. Helps diminish cellulite, reduce signs of aging & reduce pain and inflammation. We begin by dry brushing the skin to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, allowing the seaweed to penetrate deep into the skin. A layer of seaweed gel is then applied to the body and covered with a heat-reflecting mylar sheet. Heating pads and blankets are layered on top of that to activate the seaweed gel. After the gel has done its job, it is gently wiped away using hot towels, and then followed by a moisturizing lotion.  Includes Face & Scalp Massage.

Whole Body Mud Masque Wrap

The treatment begins with an exfoliating charcoal and sea salt scrub to remove dead skin and open up the pores. Followed by a naturally restorative blend of mud and clay with essential oils. The mud mask feeds the skin with essential minerals, helps manage stiff joints, improves circulation, reduces the appearance of cellulite, and helps relax the muscles.
